Do you carry a first aid kit; and if so, what type?

I answered “none” but the rest of the reason wasn’t a 100% match. It’s not that I thought I was invincible. I just hadn’t stop to think about it before seeing your post! I have a weeklong trip planned starting this weekend and will include a few basics in what I pack. Thanks for raising awareness.
 
No 1st aid kit for me. I just keep a few feet of Coban in my bag, or wrapped around my thermos.

CAT toruniquet and pressure dressing. If either are needed they need to be on my person to be much use. Should probably add quickclot to the kit while at it.

For lesser injuries like small cuts or burns I have more extensive first aid kit in my car.
