It's working out great and I thought the price was right to have professionally stitched rated side loops. I used it a bunch over the winter to set up trees and now using it hunting. The only thing I was originally concerned about was the metal buckles. But they included wide, elastic bands to pull over and cover the buckles. So no need to tape them or anything.

If you have a sit drag belted around your waist already... it makes for nice, big, in perfect position linesman loops.
Then you just use your linesman belt as your adjustable bridge for your sit drag.
Linesman belt off
Unclip tether biner from belay loop and slide biner up tether
Attach your backup prussic to tether rope (lower than main tether biner) and then clip it into the belay loop
Now you can tighten up that connection and release your linesman belt to bring it over the tether and clip into opposite sitdrag loop and now your linesman belt is your bridge.
Just clip it into main tether biner and adjust pressure off your harness backup connection
A couple ropemans make it quick work...tedious part is dressing the backup prusik

New to this site first post...
Wouldnt something like this work. Havent done any saddle hunting yet but am interested in putting together a set up. I have experience with rope work as a Firefighter and Ropes Tech but we use equipment that is built for rescue work that would be to heavy and bulky. I do think that the simple safety thought to keep in mind is having everything backed up once so if one component fails you have something that will catch it.
