Wish I could help but no experience in manufacturing outside lean six sigma black belt
 
posted this in another thread and reposting here: if you are going to move forward with this please consider making platforms in two sizes - a small for the leaners, but a wider version like the assassin for the sitters. In my view an 18" square would be perfect. or 16" will do. But wider by the tree than typical platforms would be ideal. Making both will appeal to more people. thanks for considering it.
