Warbonnet hammocks are to notch. https://www.warbonnetoutdoors.com/. I have the ridgerunner, it is pretty popular as far as comfort because it has spreader bars.

Red's advice is good. There are a lot of good Hammocks out there. Your best resource is Hammock Forums. I'd recommend a Hammock from Dutchware Gear or BIAS Hammocks.
You'll also need an underquilt for insulation. There a lot of good ones from companies like Underground Quilts, Hammock Gear, Loco Libre, and Jacks-R-Better. I'd recommend a synthetic one.
For weather/rain protection you'll need a good tarp. For packability, I'd recommend a SilNylon tarp from any of the manufacturers above.

I have a warbonnet blackbird with hammock gear incubator quilt and love it. Recently added a superfly tarp with some tent pole mods. Couldn't be happier.

In 80 degrees, probably not. However, if there's any wind it can still get chilly on your butt/back. You may want to search Hammock Forums for what other users are doing. I have an ultralight 50 degree Underquilt that I use in the summer.
Eno double with the bug net and rain fly. Slap straps. 2 figure 9 s binders. A helping hand trip in Haiti can give you a lifetime of bs disease. Make sure you take your meds and get screened before and after. Malaria, cholera, ect is an equal opportunity killer. Make sure you can make potable water and don't take any chances.
