Need to replace my tether and linesman belt...What rope to purchase

As the title states... The time has come to replace both my tether and my linesman belt due to use and some fraying. Would rather be safe than sorry. Currenlty I am using the stock rope that came with my Kestral. I also have some Bluewater assaultline around, but probably enough for either the tether or the linemans belt.

What rope do you all recommend?
 
I'm using Wild Edge 8.5' OpLux with the sewn eye, with a Kong Duck and the oval carabiner from DoubleSteps.com. Really like the combination, light, compact, and strong.

Someone in the classified's is selling their Tethrd set for $35 per rope with a carabiner included--great deal.
 
Ok...so I like to help people. Even though I'm trying to sell my items, I have to say why I'm selling them. I do not like the bulk that they have. I replaced my bridge, lineman's rope and tether with the 8mm Oplux. I now use a 3' section of TRC rope for my friction hitches and love how they pack down.

@eyedoc you asked what rope you should use. You can either replace it with a tether and LB in the classifieds or you can buy oplux and have it cut into 10' sections for the LB and Tether.
