Official Predator Platform review thread!!

Are you able to adjust the angel of the platform? ie: if your tree has a lean can you adjust the platform so that your platform is level?

As much as I’ve been biting at the bit to get my hands on the platform, I’ve discovered there is something I like more.... Air conditioning. My AC went out at the house so I’m at the camp lol. I’ll have to wait another day to get my hands on it.

Tree test awesome. Rock solid !!! Cool part about the backpack is that I was able to leave it in the pocket with pack on my back and reach behind my head and pull it out. As soon as I get my system down I’ll make a vid.

That's the ugliest pair of shoes I've ever seen! Somebody get DaveT in here.

We thought ours might have gone out yesterday.... I turned the breaker off for 10 minutes and flipped it back on and it was fixed. Magic!

Man it’s crazy light. Loving the packability. Still need to get it on a tree. Question as I have not had a platform before. Should the end curve like this?

It’s more pronounced than pics show

Here is the edge of my platform against a masonry level "straight edge". Mine is almost perfectly straight. My belt has a very minor spot that is fraying. I don't believe the minimal fraying will hurt anything. I weight according to my unofficial scale is 2 lbs 13 oz. (The angle of the photo makes the weight look slightly higher.Predator.jpgBelt.jpgScale.jpg

Ugly yes. I’m 40 hours plus on concrete floors at work and I gotta tell ya they are dang comfortable though. Lol.

I understand the concrete thing. Walking in the woods all day makes your feet tired, but nothing hurts. Walking in a warehouse makes my knees and lower back a little achy.

FYI everyone, Crocs makes inserts. You can now wear Crocs without the judgement.

When you reach a certain age, you don’t put gel in your hair or care about judgement. You just shave your head and slip your feet into comfort! Lol

My wife was fine with the foot comfort. I started buzzing the hair and my wife was horrified. LOL. I told her it saved $360.00 year. Since @g2outdoors is not coming forth with a kegerator, I have to save up for my own. LOL

I'm starting to get a little concerned about the strap fray. I think I have seen a couple pics on the site showing that. Wonder if we have a strap manufacturer issue?
