Out on a limb platform

I had to call and order it separately. Yes, I hated my muddy base, half the time I couldn't get it level and it ate up my whole backpack. Was looking at the fourth arrow forever and just never went through with it. Now that I found this I'm glad I didn't.
Are you comfortable sharing the cost of just the base? Rather not call and waste his time and mine if I know I do not want to spend the coin.

Just ordered one today through Facebook.
I’m in the Boston area so I’ll get to test this out in the
Cold temps that we have.
I’ve had tree walkers US aluminum and muddy stands China Aluminum with No popping sounds
And it gets below 30’s during our season.
You can quiet the tubing if there is any by drilling single hole
And filling with expansion foam.

I think he is gonna be a innovative game changer in the saddle hunting. With that being said look at his versatile horizontal hang on stands. I’m appalled at the saddlehunters **** reviews on everything that is coming to the market. You guys could support and give improvement ideas. It’s not just this guys stuff that this comment comes from. I’m not saying don’t point out the dislikes of equipment but to sound intelligible about constructive criticism. As for throwing specific mfg equipment to the wind “expanded metal” I doubt it wil ever go away. Also at 3.5 pounds he is right in line of being very competitive at a reasonable cost. Remember to grow and be inovative takes competition. Prices included.

Yeah the first form factor was iffy but resolved quickly followed by a lot of questionable nitpicking.

Innovation comes from trying new ideas, and the current design looks very promising within the as advantages/disadvantages of their construction technique. Based on what else they make, there's a good chance that a lot of concerns raised are largely solved problems (or lo led in by their strategic fabrication Choices) from their perspective.

It looks the right size, shape, weight, and cost. Stability, especially seeing their other products, looks promising.

Had some time to test the podium platform. I think this thing will fit the bill just fine. Packs up small and quiet. Takes side pressure well. If you are really trying you can get a little wobble if you
bounce at an extreme side angle, but will hold solid under hunting situations. Only thing I changed is I sewed the loops in half so they fit the posts a little easier

Nice. Thanks for posting. I'm curious about how the strap attaches. Any specific pics or vids would be appreciated.

I heard something about an "introductory price". Know any details on that?

Looks like it would work very good.

Cool! Is that a gap on the back side of the expanded mesh right before where it hinges? If so what kind of flex is there in the mesh? DO you think it will put leverage on those first few welds on to the frame and increase chance of failure? Thanks for the updates!

I feel no flex in the mesh. Unless you have really small feet you will never be standing on mesh alone. If you look at the other picture the mesh is welded to the center beam as well. So unless you are standing on your tip toes or digging your heels into the mesh for some reason, should never be an issue.

Does the mesh grab onto the bottom of your boots good? I know on my millennium the mesh grabs my feet really well so there is no slippage.

Cool, I see that, thanks! I guess it was just the stress on that first weld on the center beam and the first on the exterior frame I was worried about. Had a couple welds go on the frame of a Loc-on stand, and once one let, the force was no longer spread evenly and they started to pop down the line one at a time.

Sorry I missed this earlier, The strap just has open loops on each end that slip over the posts on both sides of the channel. As far as introductory price, I think that's over already.

Yes, I notice no slippage, even leaning on the outside edges. The mesh extends out all the way to the end, so even leaning on the edge it still catches your boots.
