Packs, sticks, gear when walking in?

I wear my Kestrel in, It looks something like this

I carry a minimalist sling pack over one shoulder

Then my sticks are slung over opposite of my pack

Carry bow in hand.

I like your videos as usually but all that weight on my saddle seems to want to pull my saddle to my knees. I have started to wear suspenders. Maybe it is just the way I am built or is there something you do that I am missing to prevent the saddle from wanting to drop to my knees.

I’m the same way and will be adding suspenders during the off season as well
