Thanks for the invite. I'd take you up on it in a minute if I could get away but this time if year is always crazy at work. Budgets seem to free up at the 1st of the year and all the new projects kick off during this time frame. I'll be following the action as best I can though. Have fun!

I’m bringing canoe and kayak but leaving the boat at home. May or may not use the water to access the hogs

Same here. Bought the pass and had stuff with me and never used it. Zero time between talking to everyone and hunting lol. Even with 30 guys there it was hard to talk to everyone. This year is gonna be insane!!

Well the idea is, if things go perfectly, to kill a couple hogs early, then have time to go fishing. Like that’s gonna happen, lol... but I’m bringing my stuff just in case

Does anyone know if muzzleloaders would be legal on the small game area near the campsites? Muzzleloaders are legal in GA for small game, but somewhere in this thread It was mentioned that only shotguns and rimfire were allowed in the small game unit on base. Anyone know for sure?

Download the map most of the information is on the map. I think there are muzzle loader, shotgun, archery zones. Small game , big game, and archery only.

How many of you guys have snapchat? I think a creating a group for saddlepalooza would be cool. It'll allow folks that can't make it to see what's going on as well
