I'm not out of tags. I have a shotgun tag, a muzzleloader tag and Jan 1 brought a fresh bow tag into my pocket. The problem is I don't have enough time to fill them at this time of year.
If you have the time I'd say go for it - no guarantees he will be around next season. Just be careful when you grab that antler to drag him out
