I love my original Predator platform. I've hunted hard and pounded the hell out of this thing.... not one single pop, slip or anything. It has performed flawlessly. Congrats and thank you to Greg and Ernie for putting out a great saddle platform.

I was on a pine yesterday and I did not have any noise at all out of mine. I have not lubed it or anything. The several times before it did sound off a few times. So I found that interesting.
As a whole I have to give it an A+. As a big guy I worry about design etc. I find it very sturdy.

I’m still rocking the original prototype. I’ve beat the crap out of that thing and it keeps going. Love it!! They really made something special with the Predator.

Me too. Great platform but I'll still keep my ameristeps.
I'll say this, even after breaking one and selling another because it just didn't resonate with me, I still think it's the best platform option on the market.
My experience so far is exactly the same as @DaveT1963 . I don't think I'll ever go back to just a ROS again
I had a xop I didn’t like it much mostly because it was awkward to pack since they pivot in the middle of the post and ultimately I found it cumbersome so I ditched it went back to a ring of steps bought the predator when it came out and I love it packs super easy and is crazy light..... just my 2 cents

I wear size 13 boots also. There’s just enough room for both feet on the platform. No room to dance but plenty of room to do the Davet shuffle.
I wear a 12 and don't have any complaints as far as foot room goes. I would like to have one that was slightly larger so that I could completely stand on it. This is mainly to get dressed while in stand. leaning back and getting dressed while unhooking from this or that is not my favorite thing to do.
There are some things only Jesus himself knows. This is one of them!
