Here are a few photos. I have it girth hitched but I would splice it right on there next time. It expands to about 48 inches which works well. The green pouch that I sewed into my other pouch keeps it from coming out when I take out my lineman’s belt.

They are like lightweight hip waders that you can roll down and just use as knee boots until you need them.

Ah, so you don't wear them with the Tingleys, they're a separate boot. The Tingleys go over your regular hunting boots for scent control, I assume?

The upper waterproof section is sewn/glued to the boot. They don't come apart. My Dans Froglegs are the same way.

Is that a mod or do they come that way? Because everything I google under Tingleys shows only boots, and everything under Yoder shows only chaps and no boots.

They do it at the factory or wherever. They are 1 piece when you buy them.

Light. Not warm at all, they're uninsulated. A great early season boot. They have other boot options, but that was the lightweight one.

Tingly Boots with light chaps from the link posted earlier. They will BLOW YOUR MIND with how lightweight they are. Just remember not to put a bare foot in the boot after @redsquirrel has been tromping around in the swamp with them.
