Same. I have one and love it for run and gun. Only complaint is reaching the pockets especially if carrying a variety of calls. I end up pairing it with a small chest rig usually
I'll try and take a couple tonight@Jordan121787 @NimbleTimbo
You guys have pics/videos of it? I plan on running it with a chest rig or bino pouch. I just want something with a seat.. belt options look great but price tags $$$
Only thing i dont like about the K&H 200 is the pot call holders. They are really tight and its tough getting them back in when i need to pack up and hustle to the next tree etc.I’m in the market for a new turkey vest. My old vest has seen its last season. Specifically looking for something slim and not real bulky but with a good seat cushion. I don’t need a ton of pockets but a hydration bladder pouch would be a plus.
The K&H run and gun 200 looks interesting. What do you guys use or recommend?
ive sat on it. The seat is really comfy. Its pretty heavy for what it was though and i think i was too skinny for the size they had.Has anyone used the cabelas half vest speed seat? I really just want a seat and not an entire vest.. may just pick up a foam pad

I switched to it last season and its really light and comfortable. I am coming from a Alps grand slam with the legs. It was a good vest but too heavy and the seat wasnt super comfy for me.
Yeah I have a thermarest seat coming today. Seems like now they have a bungee through them to keep them closed so I’ll probably McGeyver something to keep it strapped to my pack and be able to deploy it when neededive sat on it. My wife uses a thermarest seat. i tied a couple straps through it so she doesnt have to hold it while walking. works great. so foam pads work great too and very light if thats all you need
I have a different seat i think. Its literally just a flat pad with 2 handle holes on each side i tied some webbing to. I think it was probably $5-$8 max. wally world has em in the hunting/outdoor section. They make a 2" thick one and a 4" thick one. The 2" is what we use for turkeys.Yeah I have a thermarest seat coming today. Also may just get the field seat from FHF and have it connected to my chest rig.. but $23 off Amazon for the thermarest beats $70 lol
I wish i could say it loosens up quick but it hasnt so far. I might have to look into some tricks to stretch it. Its very annoying to me. My alps pack pockets it just slides right in. THe weight difference and everything else about it is better though. for $90 its hard to beat. That was the fist thing I noticed when I pulled it out of the box, they looked small. I moved over all my stuff the other day was able to squeeze it in but it wasn’t easy. I do think I’ll like the vest overall though.
