What do you want to know about the Tethrd Mantis?

Maybe a dumb question, but I don't have a good store nearby to go handle climbing rope so I will have to make any purchases online.

Anyone know the size/kind of rope used to tie the prussic knots on the tether and lineman's belt?

Glad to see two options on the leg straps. Looks like the lower position(second pic) will be a lot easier on ‘the family jewels’....
 
The lower straps feel better if you sit they upper feel better if you lean....IMO.
 
I was curious if anyone has received their accessories? I have the sys hauler ES, sys hauler freebie, and the micro adjusters I'm still missing. Just curious if anyone is getting that stuff yet or not?

Does anyone have any tips for removing that sensation that you’re going to slip out of the Mantis? I have been sliding the saddle way down (belt below pelvis) to get more cupping.

It’s not uncomfortable as much as it is distracting.

According to the table I was squarely a medium, but was wondering if a larger saddle is the answer? More material to wrap around my butt?

I think pretty much all of us have the same problem. That’s what the micro adjusters are supposed to be for. I sure hope they work but I haven’t gotten mine yet.

Are you using the lower connection points for the leg straps? I think that works a little better than the upper connection.

Bigger saddle will help. Also the angle you are tied to the tree. Higher hook up will pull up more and lower hook up will pull toward the tree more.
