What's your job

is it just me or is every Dentist a hunter, I know five and they all hunt.

Definitely not the norm, out of my graduating class of 120 only about a half dozen of us hunt. Only 3 whitetail hunt. You must just be picking the right dentists haha

In a former life I ran restaurants for 12 years - the past 12 I have been in varying levels of driving complex projects for ADP in areas where we do full Client level outsourced services (benefits / payroll / time / HR / recruiting / etc.) We pay 1 of every 6 workers in the US. For 7 years I built teams in India and the Philippines to support these services (~500 ppl), and still go back - (another trip to India pending in May / June) I lead a team of BPI / PM / Data insights folks who are young but super talented and who focus on improving on our service delivery and capabilities. I'm like a free safety

My dad was a green beret colonel so I have tremendous admiration and appreciation for our military brothers - much love to all of you who serve / have served and sacrificed.

I'm a former Army infantry paratrooper. Currently 28 years as a Fisheries biologist, and tree climber for the state eagle banding program in Massachusetts.

I've done it all, I built houses, fought forest fires, trimmed trees and most recently spent 15 years as a professional engineer designing fiber optic equipment for cable TV and telephone companies.

But I traded it all in to answer emails about where's my order......
