I did the same thing about 3 years ago. I never bought the little safer, better quality saddle yet. Lol my hunting buddy has the evo and the Krestal they are well made rest assured of that good luck with your purchase.

The only time the guido is hot is on the walk in or out. There are ways to keeping cool walking in or out and after being settled in. Just wanted to point that out.
I think you will be disappointed that you ruled it out.
I hunt north Mississippi and it's hot here also but I love the web....

I still kind of want a web even though I'm a lightweight freak. They are soooooooo comfortable.

I think they are great at whatever price someone is willing to pay. For me there is nothing better but that is largely based on the fact that I haven't tried anything else. The Kestrel is obviously a great product based on the reviews but I see nothing about it "yet" that offers me anything that my saddle doesn't. Weight being the one exception. I have a green Kestrel on order and look forward to trying it out.

Hard to beat the Kestrel. Well built, not bulky, simple to adjust.. Sat in mine for 8 hrs yesterday, and was as comfortable as I've ever been in a saddle...

I can't wait to get my Kestrel. Still about 4 weeks out. Wish I had ordered sooner might have mine now just over thought it looking at Web and TL. Just want the newest version. Just don't see what they can get more improved on right now with the Kestrel.
