Had to put this on here. I ordered a hand climber seat and got it pretty quick. It came in about 4 days but when I opened the box no cushion to go with the seat so looked at there website for contact number and you could only email and that just rubbed me wrong. So I'm thinking here we go email 1 then email 2 then email 3 etc. So I said I have been very happy with your service up until no contact phone #. I did not receive cushion with hand climber top please send cushion to same address you sent seat or call me at this number. Dot not email. That was enough said. I hit send on the email got up from my computer walked out to the garage my phone started ringing Mr McGrew this is so and so from XOP I am so sorry about your order I will have a cushion in the mail today. I was flabbergasted told him it wasn't a problem and that was the best customer service I had ever received. And it was can't say enough good about their service after that.
