Keep me posted when you get it. I like to known how well it climbs steep hills and does it have a walk by mod.I lucked out on some company stock. It went from worthless to enough to cover the bike I want. So........I’ve purchased a Biktrix Jagernaut Ultra. It’s a pre order. I won’t see it til end of June or early July.
Ugh.... it’s a pre buy.

Walk by mod . There's usually a button you push and the bike moves and you can walk with it instead of pushing it. Works great when there are alot of down trees or limbs it let's the bike do the work.I don’t know what a “walk by mod” is.
This is the Bafang ultra. 1000w nominal, peak 1600w I believe.
It comes with a 48v. 14, 16 or 21 Ah. I bought a 16 Ah to keep the cost in my range. The batteries should last about 5 years with proper care and use.
These things are overbuilt. I has a weight capacity of 400 lbs.
I don’t plan on using a trailer at this point. The plan is to ride the deer out on the bike.
If that doesn’t work, I have a deer cart I can modify. Or, maybe buy a dead sled to tow behind.

From what I read that's a great bike you ordered .That’s a cool option. I don’t know if it does.

I ordered one of the e-bike conversion kits today. For a fraction of the cost of a dedicated e-bike it's a great way to get into it. Looked like the 30K 250 Series would work perfect for me. The reviews look really good and they have a special till the end of today (May 31) at 10% off everything. The code is MEMORIAL2019. Looking forward to seeing how this kit works. I didn't want a full blown e-bike so this is a great option. A little assist will be nice when fully loaded down with hunting gear. The 500 Series is better suited to those who need more power or ability to climb steeper hills.Been eying up these e-bike conversion kits.
Thought it would be a cheaper alternative since my Trek I use for hunting is fairly new yet. Looks like a very easy conversion. Anybody else have any experience with this kit?
