I never really bothered much with early season bow hunting before, but that has changed. I am finding myself ill-equipped to be comfortable in 80+ degrees and 80+% humidity conditions of WI early season, and am just overwhelmed be all the options available, with most descriptions focusing on how awesome their camo pattern is and less so on the actual weight/stretch/durability/wicking abilities of their materials. I know there are really good options out there in a sea of fair to midland options, so I’m drawing on you southern boys to school me.
What do all you hot weather hunters prefer for camo clothing? What brands, lines, materials, etc. have you found perform best for minimizing sweating your ass off in the saddle? I’m literally sweating out all my hard-earned reserves of cheese curds & Leinenkugels!
