I am looking at getting a new archery target for the back yard. There is a range within 5 minutes from my house but they typically close before I can make it over there after work. It wont be as much of an issue when the time changes, but regardless I would like a target in my back yard to fool around with. I have used a bag before with no issues. It seems as long as you keep it out of the weather the arrows pull fine. I am transitioning to traditional archery so I would like something that would handle both. Or, I was thinking I could buy a block/3-d for the compound and a bag for the traditional. Thoughts? What do use, what do you prefer?
