That’s why I went with gold Tip FACT weights. I can add or subtract weight as needed.That's my understanding as well. Having the weight towards the front of the arrow helps pull the arrow through the target. You can put weight tubes inside your arrow to increase weight, but that's not helping FOC. The weight will help with kinetic energy. But I'm not a physicist.
