Buddy of mine had a spare. Put it on eBay. Won’t say it went for damn near $400… but it did.

So I just did a quick search on completed ebay items. Holy crap that's insane. $320!?!?

Just bought one myself with 35' of 9mm rapell rope, and a roll pouch for $160. Makes me want to put it on there just for S&G's

I switched back to Stepps/Sticks this year so only planned to use mine like a ropeman, which I already have a few of, for $300+ I’ll be listing mine.

The hype train is real folks! Why people pay that much over what something is worth because they saw some guys on YouTube using it is just wild to me but hey, it’s their money

I'm tempted to list one of mine... I have one for SRT saddle hunting and a new one as part or a secondary positioning system for rec/arborist climbing (that I'm currently setting up...), and a new Lifeguard, as well...

Y’all need to research the Petzl Grigri+ and how it compares to a Madrock devices. I changed my mind wanting a Safeguard and got the Grigri+ after doing some reading and watching some YouTube vids! The + is meaningful. A Grigri2 and a Grigri + are NOT the same.

I am glad that I was not able to buy a Safeguard when I wanted. I never buy anything without due research on the Internet, but I was going to buy a Safeguard based off of one rec… glad Safeguards were sold out!! Anyway, after doing a lot, and I mean a lot of research on the Internet, I decided on a Petzel Grigri plus, and I am so glad I did.
