Whos had more saddle hunting influence?

This thread makes me want to go dig out my aluminum furniture brackets and put them on a tree for old time sake. Or the old exhaust hose platform strapped to the tree. I can't believe I was actually watching Ebay for scooter platforms for a while.

I found this site all because I was researching using a climbing harness with a tree stand. Little did I know the rabbit hole I would stumble upon.

@redsquirrel that member list is quite the run down memory lane. I remember when I first started I would check the site a couple of times a day and a lot of times there would only be one or two new posts. I would be so disappointed I would just start paging back through the DIY section and taking in all the past posts. An amazing amount of gold hidden back in the posts from the first few years.

Post counts are up a little since then. I can't even pretend to read half of everything posted.
 
Speaking of, the over center buckle video is a really good throw back to the origins of this site. Look at me using those giant OCBs, in a trophyline neoprene saddle with ameristeps. I did end up using the lighter black OCB for a good amount of time until we found the boat buckle, which I still use to this day.
