    Primal step platform

That's a fantastic idea! Looks to be about 12"x 10". Does it pull away from the tree much? Nice job dude. Sent from my LM-Q710.FG using Tapatalk

    First DIY saddle.

Gotcha, I really enjoy making this stuff. I made my kid and others a saddle and each one I make gets better and i enjoy more than the one before. There are so many different styles and features that one can employ on a saddle. It's cool to figure it all out. Sent from my LM-Q710.FG using Tapatalk

    First DIY saddle.

Keep it up, I think the diagonal webbing will help as mentioned above. Your work looks good though man. I'm a big dude so it took me a minute to get the comfort i was seeking. Nice job. Sent from my LM-Q710.FG using Tapatalk

How to hunt a creek bottom

I'm hunting a creek bottom area too, last year was my 1st year hunting and i was hunting in a ground blind (before i knew about saddle hunting) and it was hard to say the least. I got busted alot. This year I've got a better understanding of thermals and how to set up on massive fresh sign. I...

    WE Stepps using Timber Hitch

I had considered j.b. weld and epoxy putty. I use the wood version of that stuff with some dye when i need to match knot holes on wood (I build drum kits and such) so I'm used to the stuff. I'm glad you added that part of your mod to the post. Sent from my LM-Q710.FG using Tapatalk

It's perfect timing also, i was thinking last week after reading about using a timber hitch for a platform if it would work on a step. Sent from my LM-Q710.FG using Tapatalk

    WE Stepps using Timber Hitch

I think this will make attaching my steps so much faster. I'm going to weld one up today and try it. Sounds like it's a great mod! Thanks Sent from my LM-Q710.FG using Tapatalk

DIY AIDER AND WE STEP MODS-PICS

Well i was going to but when i had it pinned up before I sewed it i noticed it didn't collapse. The tread of the step is doubled and i made it 8" wide rather than 6". So it stays open and works like a champ. I had thought of running sections out water hose around the strap but there is no need...

DIY AIDER AND WE STEP MODS-PICS

Here is an aider i made today. Its 64" long and 8" wide. I sewed it up using old ratchet strap webbing rated for 1000 lbs. I hook it on my w/e step.

Wild Edge Climb 7 ft. Per Step

Well first off i couldnt get my knee up and back in line to get the knaider hooked. Let alone the distance needed to make the system beneficial. My son who is 15 had no problem with it as he is getting used to it. I feel that with it being inline it will make out much better and safer. I broke...
