    My shoulder strap came undone as well. The clips on the strap were not installed right. But it was a simple enough fix.

But I'm hoping it's something he's going to be coming out with soon. Also it would be nice if he had a couple bushings incorporated into the side of the seat base...

    Yep I did mine pretty much the same way. Can't tell on yours, but my bridge is adjustable to help with the hip pinch.
