    Sit drag/climbing harness question

I did get a speedy stitcher, and last night I stitched the heck out of it... I dont know how many stitches, but it was a lot. I'll post up some pics of it later, but I definitely like how it looks and it seems to be as well put together as the factory sewn stuff.

    Sit drag/climbing harness question

That is basically what I'm going for. I see that your tubular webbing is tied in loops on both sides, and im thinking I will probably do the same with mine. I like the idea of somehow sewing the loops instead of tying them but I'm not sure if it would hold up and be as safe as it should be. Thanks!

    Sit drag/climbing harness question

Unfortunately, I already bought a rock climbing harness.. If i had done enough research ahead of time I think that what you just showed me would have been a better option. I guess i will make my harness work the best i can and see where it takes me. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the info and welcome. I actually forgot to mention that I ordered some 1/4" amsteel blue that I was going to make my bridge out of. I also have plenty of spare tubular webbing and rope if that would be a better option? I just want to keep it lightweight and simple.

    New guy from Ga.

Hey guys, New guy here checking in from Ga. I'm a long time hunter from the north part of the state, but just now looking to get into saddle hunting. I'm very diy oriented, so naturally I'm going to start off with a climbing harness and sit drag. After reading dozens of threads on here, I went...
