What tube dimensions do I need?

Pardon my poor artwork, but can anyone tell me what dimensions of post I need for the “sleeve” to connect the two 1.25” posts?

It will be for a seat post so it will need to be of the same or similar quality material/strength as your typical 1.25” seat post.

If you are using 1.25" o.d. square tubing with radiused corners, I think this should be what you are looking for. However, the tolerances may not allow them to fit. I would call to check. You may need to do a bunch of sanding otherwise.
