I started at 3800 & was in the same boat, talk to him about it. Eating ain’t my full time job. You really need to be lifting a lot & have big bulk goals for that calorie load. But just work through it & see what he’s trying to accomplishHe's got me *trying* to get to at least 3500 calories a day. I feel like garbage forcing that much food down and I think the best I've done is 26-2800 in a day and all I want to do is lay on the couch and nap like it's Thanksgiving.
