    Duck Squeak?

    Bridge setup

    I have the same issue with my trophyine bridge. For now I just added a wrap to the factory prussic to shorten it. It seems to be working so far. Can loosen with with one hand still.

    30-30 help me decide

    I have a Marlin 444P with open sights that I break out if we are doing drives in thick brush. I had a 1-4 power scope on it at first then took it off. Thinking of putting a small red dot on it next.

    I have weeks vacation coming up after new years just for PA flintlock. I took a week off for it a few years ago because I couldn't get time off during archery and now I'll never not take a week off for flintlock again. It's a great time to be in the woods.

    Light primer strike misfire

    Could also have been a poorly loaded round. If winchester for some reason sized the case a little bit too much the case will actually slide slighty foward as the firing pin hits. Unlikely if you ask me. More likely bolt lift or dirty bolt, but it could happen.

    I've shot a doe with a 6" barreled 357 colt python. Went right down. Since then I picked up a 4" barreled taurus 44 special that shoots surprisingly accurate. But my dream hunting pistol is a 6" barreled 44 mag colt anaconda.

    Due to a fall listed in the SW Pa meetup I'm on crutches for the season. Decided to get my 4 year old daughter involded and tried to camo up the crutches in guess I can make it out for rifle, small game or coyotes. Give me enough beer and spray paint and I can camo the world.
