    I started at 230 a 2 years ago. Started eating better and less. Started resistance training and at the age of 42 I'm at 165 lbs and feeling better than I have ever have. I cut carbs down quite a bit. More vegetables and healthy proteins.

    I'm 5'10" 165lbs and the medium/large size is extremely comfortable, buti have a minor issue with excess from the waist belt and the bridge when I climb my sticks. It snags slot, need to find a way to contain the excess belt material. Fell asleep in it twice now. Very comfortable.
