    Tethrd Climbing sticks???

    Would patents potentially stop tethrd from manufacturing climbing sticks in the picture with folding steps and standoffs? I saw a video on facebook where Catalyst Outdoors was going to manufacture similar sticks to the Shikars, but dropped the idea after learning of pending patents.
