    I dismount the disc, glue and roll in a vee folded newspaper with grit, seems like mess.. Let it dry a day and dress it with the back of an old wrench. Bee's wax is a great lube for this.

    If you are cutting them down, arrow shaft is 22.5". 23" to the nock/ string. I've cut 300's and 250's already, they fly great.

    I use 3 of them for presets. Leaning trees I put a wedge on top, ocb strap around the legs, and a 1/8" amsteel @Samcirrus scaffold/toggle/torsion bar rope through the v tube. Gets rock solid, no give what so ever, and level.

    Mine is the 1x with a button battery on top. I see the new version uses AAA battery on the bottom, cheaper if you have to replace. Three years and still using the original battery. It's mounted all the way forward on the rail.

    I see the difference now, your regs were updated 10/27/22. Mine is a earlier version, on your version page 8 it states the requirement was delayed a year due to the lack of available ammunition. I downloaded mine when I renewed my lifetime license, but I never thought about checking for a update...
