    Why don't yall 2TC?

Do you find that it thuds or scrapes the tree as you move it up? That's the main reason I stopped using my stiff cf foot loop plate.

    Why don't yall 2TC?

Yes, he made those. You just can't lift your legs as high in one step as a single foot. Its also harder to adjust your foot tether around the tree as you advance because you need 1 hand to push your body away from the tree as you lift both legs.

Jokes and Memes - NO POLITICS

Yep. On a related note to Just_hangin.... My teacher in A&P school when we started the aircraft climate control systems class started out by saying "Who knows what a 'Scat tube' and 'skeet tube' is? Everyone immediately looked those terms up on google images on their phones and regretted it...

    Why don't yall 2TC?

Yeah, hitches really go well with 2TC. With all the movement of the 2 tethers and potential for clanking metal parts together I've gone metal free except my main bridge to hitch attachment carabiner. No more carefulness to not make clanking noise. Then just use the Figure 8 to rappel....or a...

    Why don't yall 2TC?

Those are both foot loops. I have a leg loop with the elastic on it.....if you want one. Edit: I was late to reply i see....however I've been using the old style "thigh" loop with elastic as a footloop since I started 2TC and it's still going strong and I actually prefer it to the new style...

    Why don't yall 2TC?

C-IV (9.5mm) for 2TC+ rappel main kit, and Ultra tech (7.9mm) for all SRT presets.

Could you put a dark owl scope on a MBG dual track sight?

    2tc vs one sticking

In our application of rappelling, since it's such a short distance, I personally feel that the only real danger in a rappel is when you rappel on a single device(ex madrock or Fig8) WITHOUT a backup hitch that will truly give you a hands free stop and hold. With one, there is absolutely no...

Long Distance Archery or TAC Practice

I'm also trying to build a lighter arrow for long distance. I got some 3dhv, at 29" with ethics 100 grain inserts and 60 gr points. I'm using easy vanes smallest and lightest vanes. Total is 335 gr. Shooting at 65 lbs.....anything wrong with any of that? I can go up in point weight obviously...

How to invent stuff if you're not a maker-person

    Sitting on your platform?

It's the only peice of Tethrd gear I own, the back band,, and I really like the sliding buckles. Its super easy to slide the backband down and out of the way with my right hand while grabbing me bow with the left.

    Custom Gear Modifications Cobra Saddle

AAAAND....you have to read the entire "Why don't y'all 2TC " thread before hunting season! Yes, it's a requirement.

    Why don't yall 2TC?

Yes and you just can't lift your legs nearly as high in double stirrup as you can in single footloop form. However, if there is an inkling of interest in trying that, just tie up a double footloop with some water knots and a 1.5" webbing at the hardware store. JRB has a great video for it if...

    Arsenal Platforms and Gear

I remember that LWCG had to make a similar modification to their tree stand spikes as well due to noise concerns?
