The SH Membership has gone live. Only SH Members have access to post in the classifieds. All members can view the classifieds. Starting in 2020 only SH Members will be admitted to the annual hunting contest. Current members will need to follow these steps to upgrade: 1. Click on your username 2. Click on Account upgrades 3. Trad hunter from Oregon new to saddle hunting. To hang my recurve I tried the hero clip with HYS strap and it's bad! Lots of noise and won’t easily let go of the bow. I call it the temperate rain forest jungle and it is thick In places. Literally almost stepped on a blacktail buck once...but that is unusual! -

Never hunted a white tail but several of my friends have hunted both and they confirm blacktails much tougher to hunt. -

First post forgot to mention my state. im a trad archer and will be after blacktails in NW Oregon. I saw a couple of Washington guys any Oregon folks?
