Maine Black Bear From A Saddle

Yes it is a grizzly. It came into a bear bait I had running with 3 black bears hitting it regularly. He's trying to reach a honey pail in these pics. I haven't seen the black bears that were there since he made an appearance.

Maine Black Bear From A Saddle

Good luck! My black bear season was cut short by the arrival of this bastard. I dont imagine any black bears will stick around with him in the area.

Recon sling secondary waist belt and pouch attachment

Have you tried swapping the webbing orientation? I was having the same issue then stumbled across this video. What a huge difference it makes for me. I can load my dump pouches up now and the recon doesn't slip down at all.

    Diy cayg retracting aiders?

The sewn terminations are neater and look much better though! I was thinking of using some kind of clip to attach the shock cord to the hooks but I dont mind just feeding the length through the d loops. I have zip ties to keep the shock cord at the top of the hooks. I feel like the hooks release...

    Diy cayg retracting aiders?

Im about 3.5" longer on my first step but it seems to work so far. I might make adjustments after some more tree time.

    Aider step help please

Mostly because I'm new to this and still testing things out but I'm running full length hawks and having the two makes getting both feet up on the stick easier. I can hang the sticks as high as I can reach. First hook on bottom step. Step up and hook 2nd hook on 2nd step. Step up and both feet...
