Single step aider for Hawk Helium stick ?

I slipped it through the steps at the bottom and just did an over hand knot but that is my backup safety because I looped it over and sowed it together. My bottom step has 4 steps at s let a ladder theme a double then a single. This is 100 times better then alternating steps and much safer.

    Kestle vs Guidos Web

That's some good information and I agree with everything you are saying for the most part. I hunt Michigan and Ohio and my all day sits are in November so it's nice to have the added warmth from the web. I hike .5 to 1.5 miles in Ohio but get dressed at the tree. The kestrel would be great...

    Kestle vs Guidos Web

I can see the difference from the ability to the kestrel but wondering who has both and what are your thoughts. Web has its pro's and con's like anything else, I bought a Evo and sold because to me it wasn't an improvement on the web besides the weight.

    Carrying and quieting treesteps

I used camo duct tape on my lone Wolf sticks and it worked great. Also did the tube over the buckles. Just ordered the hawk steps and will see what will work best for them.

    Help With Ladder

Still trying to figure out a good way of making a nice 4 step aider like this that is safe and functional. Or would buying one be better.

    Help With Ladder

Did you end up sewing up your own aiders and just placed a smaller one inside a bigger one? My problem is my bottom one is 4 steps and I use two singles. When the steps alternate sis to side sometimes they twist.

    SE Ohio food plots

As long as you get enough light you should grow fine. I have a small clover plot in the woods that I have to rake or use my leaf blower to clear the leaves off. If I didn't the leaves are to thick and would kill the clover.

    SE Ohio food plots

Let the grass get growing and spray with a round up type spray in May or June. Let it dye off and your summer weed seed, dormant seed, or things you missed will start growing. Spray again around July or beginning of August but before you spray broadcast clover and very light radishes or other...

    Climbing height

It works really well and saves weight. One thing that I'm going to try is a ladder style aider just trying to figure out how I want to make it.

    Climbing height

I put one stick on the tree really quick to hang my first stick with my 4 step aider. So once I step into my first step I can just reach up to grab the bottom of my stick. I have to measure again but I think I get to 11 feet with my first stick then I have single aiders on my other two steps...
