    This has been my experience with them as well. In high volume boots they may perform better, but battery life is pretty poor, especially for what they cost.

    Binos and range finder chest pack?

    Me too. Great pieces of kit. Very low profile compared to many other harnesses out there. Quality build. I also use a Rick Young rig. If you want minimalist, it’s the way to go. Can do with or without a neoprene bino cover. Your rangefinder can attach, but will ride naked.

    Looks a bit bulky. I use a neoprene binocular neck strap, the “free” ones that come with every pair of binos ever bought. My six packs chill in the fridge, though.
