    Glad you‘re ok. I got away from harnesses and wear a rock climbing harness if i ever sit in a lock on stand. I dont feel safe in a typical tree harness, especially when having to wear one similar at work.

    If you SRT and use carabiners try and get them all that open the same way. It is a little frustrating when you grab a carabiner and cant get it open in the dark and realize it opens a different way than 80% off your other ones.

    Go buy a camper shell for your truck bed and sleep in it. Most truck beds should hold a full size mattress. Or heck rent an rv for the week, its only money. I’ve slept in worse places than a wet tent.
