20" heliums

Center support is 20”. With steps in the closed position they measure 23 1/2”. 17” from top of top step to top of bottom step.
Curious if the spacing of the suction cups on the 20" is the same as the full size heliums... as in can you mix and match the two sizes together?
I have both sets. They use the exact same suction cups but the spacing between them is different so they won't stack together.
Can I take delivery of the title to the farm now?
