Starting in 2020 only SH Members will be admitted to the annual hunting contest. Current members will need to follow these steps to upgrade: 1. Click on your username 2. Click on Account upgrades 3. Back up on the, ridge today. Saw a cow and calf last night. Nothing yet this morning. Seriously every time I come up here I feel like I'm summitting everest

At it again this morning. It's been tough hunting. Found this overlook last night and sat in the snow until dark. Nada. If I don't see anything this morning, I'm going to move camp....
On a better note, it was my hunting partners birthday yesterday, so we baked brownies in camp.

Living the dream. A crappy week on the mountain is still better than not being there.
Well we pulled camp and moved to a lower elevation and look what happened.
It took us 5 hours from the time I shot until we got it cut up packed out and to the truck. It was after midnight. Talk about exhausted.....
And g2, I hate correct my friends but I like this picture of hammock life better.....

The pack is an easton full bore 3600. And yep, those are superflys.
This has been an awesome week. Still not seeing any elk, but this new area seems much more suited for hunting.

So awesome!! Congrats!! Just read through this entire thread. I'm in the planning stages of my Wyo mule deer hunt for next fall. Have most of my gear but I'm sure I'll be making changes
