My first set .found them right behind me in that pic.if I can get a trail from right to left in that tree line I might get a shot at him or another buck but the brush is pretty dence.

Thanks! I did a warm water maceration to it in a large tote. Worked out pretty well. Need to figure a way to prop it up evenly on the stand my FIL built for it.
About 50 yards from a tree I marked to climb. Made me feel good about my choice. Hard to tell in the pic but that was heavy horned deer. Lots of critter damage.

My super power kicked in tonight. It seems I have a good eye for sheds in the dark. This one looks cooler in person and I’m pretty sure I can get a set of knife handle scales out of it. It was definitely a big mature buck
