Lol, last year my wife hit her first deer with her car and after she called me and got home I immediately went out to search for my "$500" deer. (Deductible)....It's better if someone else knocks 'em before you try it but if you knock 'em, for sure try it. No since letting it go to waste.
Haha! I've eaten my share of roadkill I assure you lol. It's better if someone else knocks 'em before you try it but if you knock 'em, for sure try it. No since letting it go to waste.
My hunting log. Dec 19,1983. Late season standing corn stand. -32 sat for 1 1/2 hours, then at last light had big doe and 2 fawns come in at 10 yards. So cold couldn’t pull back the bow and she spooked and they ran off. Climbed down and left climber on tree couldn’t get wing nuts off the baker fingers too cold!!That's the forecasted wind chill for Saturday morning in Northern Maine. Got me thinking. What's the hottest or coldest weather you have hunted in? I sat for a legitimate 2 1/2 hours one morning years ago when it was 10 below and that was without any chemical hand warmers or other heat source.
Lol my last deer I got was a road kill special. She was still alive when I stopped. I tried rushing her to the hospital after she suffered a gunshot wound to her head. Unfortunately she didn’t make it. But she did weigh in deboned 55lbs.So your a Buzzard then?
