A few Teasors

Nice! Trail cams are definitely on next year's list. Will be nice to put a time line on some of the younger bucks here!

I get as much fun, and work, running my 40+ trail cameras. I think I scout 10X as much as I hunt.... good thing I like it.

I've tried a bunch, absolutely sold on Browning Dark Ops and Special Ops for public land. Fair night time pics, outstanding daytime, and video on Special Ops is best I've seen. I really like the new Dark Ops Apex... doesnt have internal screen but I set them using my phone.

BTW, 3 of those bucks are on a camera I set in Jul 2018.... totally forgot about it. I used cheap alkaline batteries, it had 2500 pics and 34% battery when I pulled in Friday. 14 months in the field, floods, cold, heat.....

A 10 from the same area. Dave, you have the gps coordinates for this mineral lick so this buck is on the potential hit list too...

I think I might test the saddles safety qualities if I saw most of these bucks in bow range. I may not pass out but I’d be shaking and my heart would be pounding so hard I don’t think I’d be able to keep my legs under me.

I would have to test how permeable the mesh of the mantis is, because I’d probably crap my pants.

I had an encounter last year from the ground with the 10 I posted above, back when he was a solid 9. Spent almost 40 minutes stalking in with him running back and forth dogging a doe. That big one Dave posted last “stickers” is an absolute monster. I’m still bummed you didn’t connect with that one @DaveT1963
