Going out next week to this area blind. Gonna hike in late morning/midday. Winds projected to be coming out of the Northwest, figured the two yellow waypoints are the most likely areas for buck bedding. Just can’t decide which one is most likely, and which of my possible stand locations make the most sense, or if any of them do. I’m thinking the furthest one down on the power line is best odds but not really sure. I’ll be accessing from the south, probably just walking up the power line. There’s no nearby ag or obvious food sources. Hopefully I’m alone. It’s public land buts it’s about a mile and a quarter in from the closest parking area. Thoughts? Advice? Thanks in advance.
