It would be nice if we could easily remove the leg straps with a buckle that will easily open. That way we can add or subtract clothing easily while in the tree. A lighter material would be great.[/QUOTE
We are looking at some quality options for the leg straps. Easy on and off is a goal.

That is not a direction that we want to go. Easy to do with a hard chair but not so much with soft goods.
Some have added what they call a kickstand to the aerohunter. I think if you search kickstand on this site you will get an idea of what I am talking about. I am sure that it is possible because guys have been adding something to keep them off the tree.

Sounds interesting. I have not had good luck with searching on this site but I will try to check it out.

Ok I found it. Red must have improved the search engine. It has been a while since I searched. I think it is a mod that would not be for everyone and drive up the cost. We have so many things to consider when manufacturing.

What about making somethings that could be added as a option. And bought separately from the saddle. I know we all like different things and understand that you need to keep the cost down. Kinda like cars were back in the day you could get the base model or order one with the options you selected.

Another vote for non-black straps. Coyote/tan would be preferable in my opinion. Not so much for actual benefit, but perceived confidence and marketing. Open pattern/well known camo like Predator would also be a plus.

I figure deer see movement and shiny fabrics more than colour No solid colour because movement is more noticeable and I wish the Evo was a quiet fabric it is noisy when new

I realize this thread is an older one...
I feel if I can spot black straps from distance so can other hunters...and I don't want them to see where I'm setting up if I leave anything for a preset such as a drop cord or my platform with a strap.

I would highly recommend not doing any alterations to the harness, You could inadvertently damage something and make it unsafe to climb in.
