I know it does seem ridiculous but people are just always ready to pop. Could you imagine sitting around waiting for the Kestrel to arrive and it shows up 3 days late and the package looks like it's been in the middle of a mosh pit at a Metallica concert? Those trucks are jammed full to capacity everyday and the packages are sadly mishandled far too often.
I guess... but I usually blame it on somewhere before the guy delivering it to my door. I have a healthy relationship with my friendly UPS guys
