Well, this has been an eye opener. Its one thing to work directly with an individual and make a very transparent transaction. There is a bit of closure that comes with that. Its what happens AFTER that I was not anticipating. Just because that DIY item is out of your control, a fella still feels responsible for it. I never anticipated the gut wrenching that comes with seeing a saddle you made and traded or sold to someone else, pop up in a thread from a third or fourth party as defective. You just dont think about it being passed on. Im sure the fella that did sell it was just as transparent, but you never know, and you damn sure have no control of that transaction.

Did it, didnt like it, wont do it agian. My DIY stuff will stay under my ass and feet .
