ALICE Pack Mod for light weight pack in

I modified my ALICE pack to enable quick easy and quiet pack-ins. I added a shelf (issued during The Vietnam war), to keep my sticks from sliding down to low. I plan to make a roll up pouch that will sit behind the sticks that can be expanded to pack meat out (utilizing the support of the extended shelf). Through the lower frame holes (round) I added two loops of cord that can be used to drag out a deer. Additionally I put a MOLLE Admin pouch in the middle of the frame for any smaller items that need a home.
Clearly this pack isn’t for every hunt but for morning and evening set ups I think it will be a good option.

It seems to make way more sense to me than small packs for toting in sticks or platforms.

If I were using both this is how I’d do it.
