Always Looking for a Better Dual Bridge Design. Been binging the JRB Channel.

I tied an extra footloop on the end of my tether, via a friction hitch. So I can 2TC in a pinch. I had my ROS come loose and slide down the tree a few years ago; I was able to rappel down 5' or so, re-set the OCB, and 2TC back to where I started. It's not my preferred climbing method, but it's nice to have the option. I've also used it as a footrest while lounging (totally not napping...) in my Drey.
Footlocking the rope would have been an easier option. Using the single foot method is very easy and secure, and really should be learned by everyone hanging on rope.
