By law, they are not allowed to sell those steps. If they haven't been taken off, please contact the seller and let them know.

He might not mean the recalled steps. All of the steps we use were discontinued.

Good point. I checked anyway and it looks like all of the sellers mentioned what year they were stamped.

I bought 17 of the Ameristeps, off of E-Bay, and they are all from later, after the recalls. Expensive, but work great. :|
